Welcome! S S Systems, LLC can Design, Build, Retrofit or Repair CNC and Industrial Machines. We use Mach3 and Quantum for CNC controls up to 6 interpolated axis, plus 3 or more independant axis. We can specilize in Mills, Lathes, Plazma, Punches, Drill lines, and custom Industrial machinery. We also offer PLC/HMI controlled Machines that can be tied into your SCADA network. With Mach3 CNC controls, we can build custom screen interfaces, Wizards, and OEM applications. Our Prices are very economical and we use very reliable components. We are a Certified System Integrator for Automation Direct Products as well. We also have experience with Siemens and Fagor controls, as well as GE PLC's. Our Machines target the CNC Industry, Metal Fabrication Industry, and general Machine floors. We make onsite service calls as well. Industrial:
• Design, Repair, Retrofit, Program, and Build Industrial Machines/Systems using Automation Direct (Koyo) PLC’s, HMI’s, Networked systems. Steel Fab. machines like Peddinghaus, Control Automation and others.
• Siemens and GE PLC experience, some Allen Bradley.
• Industrial Panels and Control systems, Manufacturing assembly lines, machine cells, Pick and Place, Robotics (Puma, Old-Fanuc stuff), CAD documentation.
• Automation Direct Certified System Integrator.
• Training of personnel on the machine(s) that we install/build.
CNC:
• CNC machine Retrofit, Repair, Software program, or OEM Manufacture.
• Custom Screens and Machine function interfaces available.
• Custom and Common task, “Conversational Wizards” for operators to quickly program in a part at the machine itself.
• Up to 6 axis: Mills (includes VMC’s), Lathes (includes HMC’s), Plasma/Laser/torch cutting tables, Grinders, Router Tables, Tangential Knife cutters, Foam Cutters 2 and 4 axis, ATC’s, Custom machines, Robotics, and DNC Wire or Wireless networks.
• Stepper or Servo, Digital, PWM, Liner Motors, or Analog systems.
• VFD’s, and DC Drives
• Pendants, pallet changers, swarf conveyors, and other custom options.
• Training of your personnel on the machines that we install.
• OEM Vendor for Mach3 and Quantum CNC controls (Fanuc style G & M code).
• Experience with Fagor, and Siemens CNC controls.
Commecial Machines like; Mori Seki, Mazak, Fadal, Haas, Okuma, Bridgeport, Hardridge, and others.
CNC Machining:
•We have a Home CNC machine shop and can do up to 5 axis mill, and 2 axis Lathe work. We can take any CAD part and make it for you.
• We do Prototyping and short run work only.
